Q. Do you offer custom wooden crate services?

A. Yes, we recommend using custom wooden crates for fragile, valuable, and large glass items, such as iMacs, pianos, glass/marble dining tables, TVs, etc. The cost of the wooden crate service includes dismantling and disposal at the destination. Q. What additional services do you offer?

A. We offer a range of value-added services, including:

- Professional packing and moving of furniture, large items, and fragile items

A. For large and fragile items that cannot be packed into boxes, our professional team will come to your home on the packing day and ensure that your belongings are properly packed.

A. Yes, there is a weight limit of 25 kg per box to comply with import regulations.

Q. If a family uses a ReloBox™ but has additional boxes, how will those items be shipped?

A. All services worldwide prohibit the shipping of food, meat, and meat products, including fresh food, ham, and Chinese or Western medicine.

Q. Are there any restrictions on raw wooden products or second-hand mattresses?

A. Generally, wooden furniture bought from stores has already been treated, but some countries, like Australia and Canada, require fumigation treatment and a fumigation certificate for such items. If the certificate is not provided, the goods may be detained at customs, and additional fees may apply, or the goods may be denied entry.
